Commercial Smoke Damage in San Antonio, TX

This commercial building in San Antonio, TX acquired smoke damage due to an electrical fire. SERVPRO of Braun Station was able to quickly get to the commercial site within four hours of the fire. The commercial building owner was very happy about our quick response time and had expected a much longer wait. In the before photo, notice the extent of the soot that had permeated into the concrete ceiling. As you can see, soot can be very damaging. The after picture shows the soot was removed, leaving only permanent staining behind where the concrete had changed colors.
