Making a Schertz Area Plumbing Leak Look “Like it never even happened.”

In the Before photo, a plumbing leak required addressing in a Schertz area bedroom. The resulting water damage saturated carpeting as well as drywall. The carpet no longer sits flush against the baseboards, and the wall cavity requires drying with professional tools. SERVPRO® professionals cut out the damage and removed the wet carpet to prepare the space for water mitigation and post-cleanup renovation.

The After photo shows what SERVPRO professionals accomplished in addressing the leak and returning the home to a pre-disaster state. Technicians installed new drywall to replace the material cut out during restoration, repainted the green walls with a tasteful neutral tone, and installed and seamed new carpet cut flush to the wall. The space is now free of any lingering signs, stains, or odors indicative of water damage.
