Flooded Crawl Space in San Antonio, TX

This flooded crawl space in San Antonio, TX was the result of a PVC pipe that burst.  In the before picture, you can see the extent of the damage where water had been allowed to seep into the sand beneath one of many pipes.  The owner of the commercial building noticed this leak when they got their overinflated water bill the following month and began searching for a leak.  They soon discovered that beneath their building was a muddy mess.  We were able to go into this crawl space, extract the standing water and dry the remaining space.  The after picture shows the dried crawl space and the customer was very happy.
