Flooded living room in San Antonio, TX

This flooded living room in San Antonio, TX was the result of a toilet overflow. In the before photograph, notice the extent of the water damage; the laminate floor was beginning to buckle (as shown by the fact you can see each plank) throughout the entire room. Due to the laminate material, the flooring was removed to allow for appropriate drying procedures to be completed. In the after picture you can see the flooring removal and the dry concrete. The after picture was taken four days after the incident. Our customer was very satisfied with the overall process and our care at her home.
