Flooded home in San Antonio, TX

The flooded home in San Antonio, TX was the result of a broken pipe in the ceiling. in the first photo, take notice the extent of the water damage; the water was beginning to peel the paint off one of the walls in the home. The water had migrated throughout every room in this home. Due to the extent of the damage, the drywall had to be removed and then drying occurred. The after picture was taken only five days after the incident. Our customer was pleased that we followed IICRC guidelines to ensure no microbial growth occurred and was happy that the process was very timely.
