This flooded commercial bathroom in San Antonio, TX was the result of rain water accumulation. This bathroom was currently under construction at the time of the event. In the before photograph, take notice of the extent of the water damage all along the floor that had begun to migrate up the walls. The after photograph shows the complete dry-out process that utilized dehumidifiers and air movers following IICRC guidelines. Our customer was very happy with our ability to quickly respond and work around their needs to get the water damage mitigated.
