Great customer service!

SERVPRO of Braun Station was able to come & remove 4 rooms of furniture and stuff at the last minute before the contractors came when another SERVPRO couldn't. They were great.

I appreciate the friendliness of this team while they were there. I never felt uncomfortable around the team members. They were considerate of our housing situation and made the drying process as comfortable for us as possible.

Jacob and everybody from SERVPRO have been extremely professional, flexible and compassionate during the entire ordeal. We are very happy with their work and have no complaints. Thank you!
